Overview

AutoLogisticsPark Slovakia is one of the largest modern logistics parks in the Slovak Republic with a total lettable area of 120,000 sqm in five separate buildings. The space is prepared for immediate occupancy and has already accommodated tenants such as Brose, Faurecia, IAC Group, Inteva Products, and Adient.
Existing units have been fitted to modern warehouse space, different loading doors options, flexible offices as well as other social areas. All the premises can be further customized to fit the requirements of each tenant.
The project is located directly next to the D2 highway, approximately 25 km from Bratislava, between the towns of Lozorno and Malacky. The D2 highway is a crucial part of the region’s highway system forming a key distribution line through Central Europe as well as a pivotal connection to the Czech Republic and markets of Western Europe.
